Designing a freight transportation management system can help reduce human involvement, improve lead times, optimize manual processes, enhance delivery times, and provide full visibility into the status of goods.

To manage the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers: We worked on defining a problem statement to solve through design, compiled our reports on different user personas, journey maps, empathy maps, competitor analysis, information architecture and task flows.

Base on the sitemap, we start to plan the layout and functionality of application. Communicate and collaborate with Skylink to ensure everyone is aligned on the design direction.

DEVELOMENT
Process
We divide the plan into user stories, prioritize and estimate them by value and complexity. Form a team with different roles, using Scrum with short cycles to finish the project. In each sprint, team works on user stories until they meet quality standards and also have regular meetings to communicate, demonstrate and reflect.
